We are seeking a talented sales analyst to join our team and support the Global Field Sales and Marketing organizations. In this position, you are responsible for the ongoing review and audit of SalesForce.com account and opportunity data in support of bookings, billing, forecasting, partner tiers and quarter close processing. You will work closely with Business Development, Sales, Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
You will collaborate with the Global Field Sales leaders as you manage weekly and quarterly forecast reporting and analysis. This position requires a professional who has a track record in successful collaboration and business partnership with sales leaders and possesses a unique blend of analytical, process and strategic thinking capabilities. This role reports directly to the VP of Field Sales.

Essential Functions/Primary Duties:
Execute weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasting to support sales leadership with data and analysis that improves forecast accuracy.
Perform regular audits of accounts and opportunities to ensure accurate mapping, policy compliance and good data hygiene.
Overseeing the sales funnel for tracking conversion rates through each stage of funnel, analyzing pertinent data to make sound recommendations to improve the funnel's performance.
Retrieve and analyze data using Excel and other data management/BI systems.
Develop additional Salesforce.com reports/dashboards and processes to continuously improve data quality and integrity.
Participate in Deal Desk and the policy working group to draft updates to global sales channel partner management policies.
Support sales automation tools and ensure the sales team has the tools they need to succeed by evaluating usage and capability of the tools currently in use.
Working with sales leadership to develop organizational goals by working with sales leaders to provide data-driven input on future organizational goals.
Manage and maintain product price lists in Salesforce and in the Channel Partner Portal
Support maintenance of account assets and subscription renewals processing
Skills and Experience:
Logical thinker with superior quantitative, analytical, project management and organizational skills required.
Show excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate and communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Possess a strong sense of urgency and ability to apply sound business judgement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on problem solving
Comfortable with ambiguity, and creating analysis for business scenarios that may not be clearly defined upfront and require iterative problem-solving approaches with business teams
Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model company a plus
3+ years of experience in Sales Analysis, Business Operations and/or Data Analysis in a similar role is strongly preferred
Experience with data management and an understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques to drive insights and data-driven decision making
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications and a proven track record of analyzing data and building models using Excel
Experience with business analysis tools such as Domo, Tableau, SQL, Excel, Power BI
Hands-on Salesforce.com experience is a plus including writing/modifying reports and building dashboards.
Candidate should have a good understanding of basic Sales/CRM architecture.
Experience with data governance and data quality desired.
BA/BS in business administration, finance, management information systems or related discipline.
