Serial Life Program Manager (SLPM) is a critical position in IMMI's Program Management Office (PMO), leading application changes, transitions, supplier changes, and SCORE measures (further titled 'projects'). SLPM's will use the IMMI PM standardized methods to manage each assigned Cost Request, Planning Request, and Change Order (Change Management 3.0) as individual projects, including scope definition, cross-functional team assignment and program meetings, master schedule creation and execution, and other PM disciplines as needed. SLPM's are responsible for delivering target financial and other benefits.
Managing the following areas for the PMO:
Serial Life / Current Product Application Changes (customer OR internal request).
Transitions (as assigned depending on scope).
SCORE Programs / Measure Implementation (as assigned depending on scope).
Lead the CM 3.0 Process (CR/CO process) from receipt of CR (after Initiation) through customer PPAP or if PPAP not required, CO completion / implementation +90 days.
Manage projects as individual projects, utilizing PMO standard tools and methods.
Assigning and managing cross functional teams to accomplish the successful completion of assigned projects.
Work closely with commercial teams to ensure timing / scope / issues are effectively communicated with the customer in a timely manner.
Other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical degree preferred.
About 3-years' experience in customer project coordination, project engineering, project management, or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Capable of directing global cross-functional teams.
