Smart Care is the trusted service leader in the commercial food equipment industry. Nationwide thousands of restaurants, hotels, hospitals and schools rely on Smart Care Equipment Solutions to provide preventative maintenance, service and repair of commercial refrigeration, cooking and warewashing equipment.

Position Description
The position is responsible for supporting the operations team functions through reporting, analysis, and process development. This support is to include all businesses in the Enterprise. The Financial Analyst will provide direct support to the executive leadership team as well as other leaders within the organization. Major responsibilities include monthly reporting, ad hoc analysis, and assist in driving strategic initiatives throughout the organization.

This position is cross-functional in nature involving interactions with all functions and leaders within the organization supporting the dynamic needs of the management team. We are looking for a Financial Analyst with consultative and influencing skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the operations teams with on-going and high priority ad hoc reporting and analysis of strategic initiatives

  • Will take direction from Operations Leaders for the Legacy SmartCare, Remco (including AMP / TBS / MSM) and Specialty Business (Turbo Technicians / Jaguar)

  • Develop and improve key reporting tools for financial and performance metrics (Tech Utilization/Management Reporting) for existing enterprise and acquired companies

  • Maintain strong working relationships with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand trends in the business and identify key business issues

  • Manage pricing for new and existing customers

  • Assist in integration initiatives from recent acquisitions

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting or related relevant work experience
Three (3) years of experience in a business and/or financial analyst role
One (1) year of experience in report development using Microsoft Excel
Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Self-motivated, strong analytical and organizational skills
Effective communication and a high attention to detail
