Job Description:


The Benefits team is key part of the HR function is responsible for supporting the recruiting and retention of employees by designing and administering company sponsored benefit programs, such as health, well-being and retirement programs.



Responsibilities:




Under the direction of the Benefits Director, the Program Manager for US Health Benefits will:

  • Lead the US benefits and well-being strategy including optimizing plan design
  • Utilize our healthcare data warehouse to recommend plan design changes and the addition of point solutions to effectively manage plan costs.
  • Facilitate and lead the annual open enrollment process, partnering with internal IT and our benefits vendors
  • Manage all aspects of benefits administration including: annual renewal, employee support/benefits mailbox, resolved escalated employee questions and vendor/broker management.
  • Ensure plan compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by keeping informed of existing and new legislation and advising management on needed actions and impact to plan costs.




Education & Certifications:




Required: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.



Preferred: CEBS or CBP certification



Requirements:




Required : Benefit plan consulting and/or Experience as a Benefits program manager for a public company. ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA & ARPA knowledge. Benefits administration experience. Intermediate MS Excel Skills. Project management skills. Strong analytical aptitude
  • 5-7 Years Experience
