Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Development, LCM, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and product support to support new product launch activities in Teamcenter PLM and SAP ERP.




• Interface with internal and external stakeholder to facilitate design and process change orders throughout the lifecycle of the product.




• Originate and submit Change Requests (CR), Change Notices (CN), and Deviations utilizing change control processes in Teamcenter PLM system to support larger instrument LCM team.




• Create, release and update item master and Bill of Materials in PLM/ERP system.




• Review and audit change requests for technical content and accuracy and ensure standard practices and procedures are followed when analyzing data and content




• Monitor and support change activities through approval and implementation




• Prioritize and coordinate tasks and projects within a fast-paced and technical business environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering discipline, or related field is required.




• 3-5 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, configuration management, and/or operations.




• Experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM system is required.




• Experience with SAP ERP experience is preferred.




• Experience with change management and change notice processes is required.




• Strong understanding of Bill of Material and basic engineering principles.




• Experience in MS Office, MS Project, Visio and PowerPoint is required.




• Passion and desire working with PLM/ERP systems and change management processes




• Must be team oriented and have effective communication skills to work as part of a team.




• CMII certification is desired.




• Experience working within a regulated environment, applying quality system regulations and standards, including 21 CFR Part 820 (cGMP), ISO 13485, ISO 9001 is highly desired.




• Solidworks/Solid modeling/drafting experience preferred.
