Services Manager, LatAm for Prometheus Group Enterprises, LLC (Raleigh, NC) Plan, direct & coord activities of Latin American (LatAm) service team. Oversee technical sales of svc contracts for LatAm region & manage execution of contracts. Serve as liaison b/w regional sales & svc depts. Manage team of 4-6 sales engineers & support resources. Other duties. BS/BA degree in Comp Sci, Eng’g or closely rel’d field req’d. 2 yrs exp in any customer-facing role involving sales, project or ops mgmt in LatAm mkt req’d. Must have demonstrated knowl of & 2 yrs wk exp w/ERP systems (SAP, Maximo, or Oracle);1 yr exp managing outsourced labor; 2 yrs exp managing tech projects; 2 yrs exp w/maintenance work, plant safety & why it is necessary; & understdg of plant maintenance workflow (routine & shutdown/turnaround) req’d.
