Real Estate Administrative Coordinator: F/T position in Miami, FL. Bachelor’s degree in Administration Combination Edu and Exp or equiv degree and 12 months of exp in Administrative and Coordinating Duties for an office and 6 months of exp working with International Real Estate clientele. Required Knowledge of cross-cultural relationships between us and Latin America to identify social and geographic characteristics for business development and marketing purposes. Administration of daily office functions for a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) brokerage office. Communication with clients, file management, database management, coordinate paperwork for open files, deal with open items, computer input of information, prepare spreadsheets using excel, invoicing and preparing payments.
