Location: Durham, North Carolina
Technical Resolution Specialist, IBM Corporation, Durham, NC: Troubleshoot customer specific use cases. Provide technical insight and feasible solutions within client environment. Lead collaboration with multiple teams to deliver a higher level of support to customers. Ensure timely delivery of required product changes. Work closely with customers during upgrade and go-lives. Conduct regular calls with clients to discuss their critical issues and provide priority assistance. Participate in design reviews. Mentor team members to effectively analyze complex customer problems. Utilize Shell Scripting, Java, Unix, Oracle Database, and Supply Chain. Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related and five (5) years of experience as a Software Developer, Staff Developer or related.
