Job Title: Manager, Sales & Business Analysis – FLG
Reports to: Director, Sales Operations FLG
The purpose of the Manager, Sales & Business Analysis – FLG, is to facilitate the creation and implementation future business strategies for the US Wholesale Market, that will help meet the organizations financial targets. Strategies will be created with Marketplace/Account/Channel and Category goals in mind, and will be based on excellent sales analytics, in depth knowledge of the market/retailers, and forward-looking consumer trends. They will partner with Sales, Brand, Merchandising, Consumer Insights and Finance, to align strategies, gain insights, manage risks, and report results.
Beyond the financial impact this position has for the UGG and Koolaburra brands, the position will also be responsible for managing the team of Sales Planners, ensuring all deliverables are met, and focusing on the growth and development of team members.
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Planning future strategy for US Wholesale
Contribute to cross functional teams
Develop the sales planning team

We’d love to hear from people with
5+ years of experience within retailing, fields of planning or category management
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills desired.
Ability to read and apply retail metrics with the right balance between analytical and commercial skills.
Experienced with stock & sales plans (including open-to-buy metrics) and able to cultivate actions from these
Able to influence management team and peers, and able to implement new way of working Degree or equivalent level of experience
Fluent in English
Previous experience with multi-functional organisations
Fashion culture understanding and high level understanding.
Ability to travel across the US region
