Ashland has an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Sales Representative to join our Diagnostic Films business at our Bridgewater, NJ office. This is a very visible, significant role within the Company and the Life Sciences function. This position will report to Director, Diagnostic Films.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage export key accounts/distributors for RadSure™ and Gafchromic™ product lines


• Manage Gafchromic customers in the US


• Establish strategies & drive business expansion by Identifying consumer and market trends, new leads, and opportunities


• Organize monthly meetings with key accounts


• Organize at least 4 customer direct contacts per day (face-to-face meeting, WebEx, or phone calls)


• Plan and execute new product launches via marketing collateral, trade shows, and on-site customer visits (NDT & pathogen reduction)


• Support Marketing: develop and maintain sales and marketing collaterals to promote our products


• Track and analyze market feedback with report to management on a monthly basis


• Frequent global travel (30%)

In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

• Bachelor degree in a scientific or technical field


• 6+ commercial experience in managing key accounts in a competitive, regulated, and technical environment.


• Interpersonal skills to be able to work in a team environment.

The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit:

• MBA preferred


• Some irradiation product experience in gamma and X-Ray
