Job Description:

Seeking a forward-thinking, dynamic leader to help deliver on initiatives within the Cigna Business Unit, a critical team within eviCore and the Health Services Organization dedicated to supporting health benefits management programs implemented with Cigna clients.

This role will have exposure across the enterprise through coordinating the planning, development and market readiness of new and expanded programs.

The ideal candidate will be able to operate within the paradox of working independently while also being a team player. He/She will be skilled at assessing details while also seeing the bigger picture to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

This is a fast-paced, exciting role whose duties will also include:

  • Managing the program portfolio of projects

  • Creating and maintaining project plans.

  • Communicating and tracking tasks, milestones, timelines and status.

  • Building presentations to assist in communicating status and aligning on strategy.

  • Serving as liaison with other business units to ensure coordination of required activities.

  • Highlighting and escalating issues, risks and critical decision requirements to ensure timely mitigation and resolution.

  • Documenting requirements and maintaining all initiative documentation.

  • Planning and documentation for meetings and working sessions.

  • Assisting with the establishment of strategic program framework and governance

  • Other duties as necessary.

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree and PMP certification or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years prior job experiences demonstrating initiative, competency, professionalism and success through both project and program management

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
