Summary:

Are you ready for the Provider Engagement Specialist role that empowers you to drive impactful value-based-care efforts with CareAllies customers from start to finish?

In this role, you will own driving Independent Physician Association (IPA) success underneath a parent LLC organization-Philadelphia-wide Constitution Physicians Alliance. Focused on making the complex simple turning data into Primary Care Level (PCP) level action items and, you'll partner with Independent Physician board and committee members to make those actions happen.

The Provider Engagement Specialist serves as an integral member of the CareAllies Provider Engagement Market Team and reports to the Manager for Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general partnership and management of Independent Physician Association (IPA) relationships. This includes but is not limited to management of provider engagement financials, pro-forma budget preparation and implementation, monthly action plans, reviews, and verification.
  
  


• Develops and provides guidance on IPA strategy, vision, and action plan development for the CareAllies Managed IPAs.
  
  


• Responsible for IPA network development, including physician contracting, network relationships, network communication, physician recruitment, and network partnerships as well as expansion of network and products offered by Health plan partners.
  
  


• Lead for Care Allies and IPA meetings, including IPA physician Board of Directors, quality management, financial/bonus and interdisciplinary IPA team meetings and other committees and Care Allies projects as necessary.
  
  


• 
  Travel is required for out of state conferences and meetings a couple times a year and board meetings within the Philadelphia area 2x a month.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Baccalaureate degree in Business Management, Health Policy or Administration, or related field preferred
  
  

• Experience in physician relations or managed/value-based care strongly preferred
  
  


• 3-5 Years in business, finance or healthcare preferred
  
  

• Comfortable presenting to executive level and provider groups
  
  


• Experience with-PowerPoint, Word, Excel- intermediate to advanced
  
  


• Excellent communication skills-verbal, written
  
  


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  
  


• Independent thinker with excellent time management and organizational skills
  
  


• Experience building strong, positive relationships with providers
