Job Description:

Purpose:

Responsible for supporting Verity's VHUB gateway operations and data analytic needs for the pharmacy operations team. Additionally, responsible for ongoing data analysis support of existing Verity customer programs through addressing ad hoc program issues and routine program health analysis efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Support VHUB gateway implementation efforts, managing processes including claims file review for accuracy, and proper file processing for project go-lives. In addition, review files for proper inclusion of data elements necessary in inbound and outbound files.


  • Work with VHUB gateway account management to support a variety of work efforts through claims analysis and remediation efforts.


  • Serve as an expert customer resource for how V340B and VHUB gateway products support 340B programs and customer success.


  • Work with DevOps team to initiate file processing for VHUB go-live requests.


  • Use Excel or a comparable data management tools to demonstrate understanding of VHUB gateway processes by creating necessary Third-Party Administrator reports necessary for implementation validations.


  • Work with internal and external partners to assess problems and determine what data analytic efforts could be applied to support a solution.


  • Proactively support Account Managers by regularly reviewing the health and financial performance of assigned customer 340B programs, whereby data analysis supports conclusions and recommendations to maximize the program performance.


  • Assist in developing and summarizing repeatable reporting that highlights analytical findings for the most common internal and customer requests for data insights.


  • Support ad hoc, urgent customer data inquiries and lead the effort to resolve issues or provide insight as quickly and effectively as possible in coordination with the respective Account Manager.


  • Collaborate closely with pharmacy operations team to discuss, prioritize, and track new functionality that supports pharmacy operations/VHUB needs.


  • Lead or participate in pharmacy operations projects as assigned, by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer relationships


  • Develop and foster working relationships with internal and external teams, including Covered Entities, Product Development, IT, Operations, Sales, Accounting, and others to facilitate cross-functional project and analysis work.


  • Attend to other analysis or cross-departmental initiatives as assigned.


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:


  • BA or BS in Business or Healthcare field or equivalent work experience required.


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience, specifically within 340B program management with emphasis in program mechanics/analytics.


  • Prior experience with 340B audit and compliance elements a plus.


  • Pharmacy Technician Certification a plus.


  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills at all levels of an organization.


  • Experience having difficult conversations or communicating negative news to customers and peers.


  • Solid analytical, organizational, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.


  • Demonstrated experience to identify and quantify existing and future problems and provide effective solutions, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail, accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.


  • Experience using both strategic and quick-thinking skills to solve tomorrow's problem while balancing current tasks.


  • A desire to help customers with their problems and achieve value with the product. When a customer isn't having the best experience, assist with care.


  • Ability to independently learn and research for thorough understanding of the 3408 programs to ensure consistent improvement of the overall value, and internal support of the 3408 program .


  • Comfortable with balancing multiple , competing priorities and changes in scope/ direction .


  • Sales Force or similar CRM experience a plus.


  • Strong competencies with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills), knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases


  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.


  • Detail-oriented, a team-player and work independently within established parameters as relevant.


Working Conditions:

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Occasional corporate travel (up to 20%) to remote offices, business meetings, events and customer facilities may be required.
