What do you get to do in this position?
Provides basic maintenance and operation training on Building Management Systems
Travel to Customer sites to conduct Building Management System training
Develop training courses to support general programs and specific customer requirements
Work independently and collaborate with team members
Develop content/instructions via digital and/or in-person classroom environments

Required:
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated training knowledge and expertise with the system, structures and processes required to perform job tasks for the products assigned to you.
Facilitation skills combined with the ability to negotiate successfully to the benefit of the organization
Strong presentation and communication skills (written and oral) are required.
Ability to identify, monitor, report and track key metrics for successful training.
Demonstrate the ability to interact professionally and lead classes with all levels of teams, management and customers.
Demonstrate the capability to autonomously prepare for, manage and conduct training classes without supervision: plan and execute projects independently.
Demonstrate the ability to complete projects on time in an urgent manner. This includes professional follow-through along with attention to detail.
Ability to explore and learn technical content and products both as a part of and team and independently to become subject-matter expert and help develop and deliver content either digitally (videos, webinars, hands-on remote classrooms) and or/in person.
Strong desire to LEARN EVERYDAY and adapt to change with flexibility and efficiency.
Preferred
Engineering or equivalent technical knowledge OR teaching experience with ability/desire to deliver technical content.
Project management skills and knowledge of project management practices desired.
