Supply Chain Project Manager - Remote

YOUR ROLE
The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of all supply chain transitions including: product introduction and rationalization, changes to formulations and manufacturing sites, regulatory changes, allocation events, major process changes, risk mitigation activities, and cost savings events that require coordination across the organization.
This role has a very wide scope working with internal stakeholders from all functions as well as with external stakeholders
It encompasses coordination of physical events and changes to both systems and processes.
Projects will run concurrently with individual project tasks occurring in parallel and in various time phases.
In addition to driving the successful completion of the project on time and within budget when applicable, it is critical to identify risks and constraints during the project for mitigation or escalation.
This Project Manager role within our Supply Chain organization directly impacts our customer service levels and costs making the position critical to our success as an organization.
YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline required.
2-5 years successful track record in current job preferred.
Work experience in manufacturing and supply chain is ideal. Related experience in technical service, marketing, sales or product management is also acceptable.
Moderate level of business acumen required to articulate project impacts to cost and profit.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment required.
Demonstrated ability to influence diverse groups and pull them together to achieve a common goal.
Ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity is necessary for success.
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferable) and office applications (Word/ Excel/PowerPoint).
The ability to consolidate and analyze large data sets is necessary.
Available 5-10% for domestic travel.
