Product Development Chemist Intern

YOUR ROLE


  • Conduct experiments and perform a variety of technical procedures of adhesive or coating material development for electronics applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a team or on their own and perform assignments with limited supervision.
  • Supports key ADP/MOC projects
  • Executes lab testing and generates test data
  • Supports and runs product development experiments
  • Understands and implements project planning
  • Ensures SHE and compliance
  • Supports in the analysis of results of product development experiments and application tests
  • Interacts with Production and Quality departments
  • Collects information for studies from benchmarks
  • Perform all laboratory work in a safe manner and comply with all regulations, safety precautions, PPE requirements, and 5S processes.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science & Engineering or in other related area
  • Hands-on and enjoys working in lab with machines and tools, and coming up with new ideas.
  • Good oral, written communication skills and interpersonal are essential.
  • Ability to occasionally / regularly lift 10 to 25 pounds.
  • Regularly work in a chemical laboratory environment. Previous experience in laboratory is preferred.
