Develop an overarching NRM framework for Beauty Professional NA focusing on multiple brands and customer channels across 4 pillars: promotion, price, assortment, and trade terms.
Drive strategy and process for Net Revenue Management in close collaboration with regional, brand, sales, and finance teams.
Implement global tools for NRM, make appropriate adjustments to fit country needs and resources.
Perform promo efficiency analysis bi-annually, develop guidelines and align implementation activities with brand sales and marketing teams.
Perform pricing and assortment analytics, develop recommendations, and align implementation activities with Marketing and Sales.
Perform trade investment and trade term's structure analysis, develop initiatives, and align them with Sales and Marketing.
Monitor competitors' activities and provide comprehensive overview.
Aid the regional team with ad hoc analysis, data requests, and building sales related strategies across the organization.
Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) required; MBA/post graduate education a plus but not required.
4 to 6 years' background in Net Revenue Management, an analysis or business strategy role preferably in CPG. Might be experienced Analyst, looking to take next step into managerial role.
Strong written and verbal presentation communication skills to influence an audience
Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across all functions and brands.
Demonstrated ability to perform analytics by using excel and business visualization tools (Tableau) and use results to drive outcomes, strong familiarity with P&L
Detail oriented self-starter with strong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
Innovative thinking to develop insight-based recommendations and implement strategies to increase profitability.
Expertise in one or more of: pricing / promo analytics, tool development, syndicated data, trade terms optimization, promotional effectiveness, commercial know-how.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), POWER BI, Tableau.
