  • Responsible for growing profitable volume, distribution and share of branded products at the Kroger Account for Henkel Beauty
  • Develop a strategic partnership with Kroger that delivers on both Henkel's net sales, profitability, and market share targets and Kroger's aligned financial metrics co-owned with the Kroger Category Manager
  • Builds an in-depth knowledge & understanding of the Kroger's corporate strategies and local market dynamics. Works with the team to leverage knowledge that drives winning solutions
  • Builds and maintains a strategic and transformational relationship with all key stakeholders at Kroger: Category Manager, 84.51 Team, Digital Team, POG team etc
  • Collaborates across the internal commercial team both within sales (Category Management, Net Revenue Management and Sales Strategy) and across other internal stakeholders (marketing, demand planning, finance, etc) to build insi ght-led, profitable, and strategic growth plans across the 5 P's
  • Develop customized promotional programs designed to drive profitable volume while owning sales forecast ensuring accuracy and data integrity
  • Drives execution against digital strategies and tactics -uses creativity to drive progress against current digital positioning
  • Expert in creating selling stories/presentations to influence positive outcomes with customer


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience within Consumer Products Industry
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret and action data with fact-based selling skills
  • Excel & PowerPoint skills
