As the Maintenance Supervisor at EMD Electronics in Branchburg, you will supervise a team of maintenance technicians (3) to perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the site's equipment to ensure proper operation and performance. You will utilize SAP to plan, track, and trend data for preventive and predictive maintenance on systems and equipment including but not limited to HVAC, boilers, chillers, water softeners, R.O. water systems, pumps, automated packaging line, instrumentation, and control systems. You will establish strong collaborative relationships with all departments to prioritize, plan and schedule maintenance tasks, communicate and deliver results on schedule, and track performance through department-specific metrics. You will work with and oversee contractors needed to perform specialty work, or to address high volume workloads such as during planned shutdowns. Some work will need to be performed during on call shifts and/or overtime.

Who You Are:
HS Diploma or GED
3+ years as a Plant Maintenance Technician
Clean room experience highly preferred
Experience in adhering to health and safety codes pertaining to plant maintenance
Excellent documentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Use of SAP Systems for Plant Equipment maintenance
Black Seal Low Pressure Boiler License
Computer Skills including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
Safety Training for Confined Space, Fall Protection, Hot Work and LO/TO
Travel by car and/or plane - up to 10% of the time
