Your Role:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our Global Strategy Deployment team, as Project Manager. Ourglobal team of consultants is the strategic bridge between the Bioprocessing business and the commercial organizations in Process Solutions, whotranslates, influences, and drivesour global go to market strategy. Your activities will involve:

  • Working closely with the Global Strategic Deployment team to coordinate and manage key projects and programs from development through execution and maintenance.

  • Possessing a strategic mindset and operate horizontally across our matrixed organization to foster cross-departmental collaboration and communication.

  • Ensuring projects run smoothly by managing workflow, evaluating program progress, and reporting on key metrics.

  • Managing the Go to Market planning process

  • Coordinating meetings with key stakeholders and communicating project risks, opportunities, lessons learned, and status updates

  • Managing data analytics processesand key performance metrics

  • Documenting and sharing best practices

  • Supporting development of digital tools

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a project management role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Capable of maintaining strong relationships in a highly matrixed global team

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong influencing skills

  • Attention to detail while under pressure

  • Time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite and the Sales Force ( platform

  • Experience with SAP Business Objects, Tableau, and Power BI
