Job Responsibilities

• Oversees the tech nical support provided by field process engineers, d eveloping processes , troubleshooting, and addressing productivity issues in global customer factories .
• Develops employees to be competent process engineers and help them pursue professional growth. 
• Helps manage and develop customer relations to identify new business opportunities, and help align Lam technical capabilities with customer technology roadmap. 
• Works directly with Sales and Service team to drive new business.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 1 0 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
