Work with department Supervisor and leads to ensure a good working relationship between all departments
Operate machinery safely and efficiently
Must be able to operate all pieces of equipment within the department (Raymond, Crane, Forklift, Mule)
Follow all 1 st piece inspection processes according to the inspection requirements.
Work with minimal supervision in a team environment
Must be able to verify box counts and un-loading requirements
Develop and maintain a good relationship with co-workers, internal and external suppliers, promoting a teamwork environment
Perform pre-startup inspections
Participate in ABS and support the ABS principles
Excellent communication skills
Excellent decision making and leadership skills
Working knowledge of JDE shop floor reporting skills
Willing to work overtime as deemed necessary by management
Must be able to operate mobile equipment
Must be flexible and able to work any shift when required based on production needs
Meet minimum hiring requirements
Must be able to learn basic computer skills
Must be able to lift 40 lbs
Must be able to lift repeatedly and stand or kneel for extended periods of time
