The Senior Marketing Coordinator reports to the VP of Business Development for the Industrial Group and is responsible for the coordination, development, and execution of Sundt's Industrial Group's pursuit-specific marketing and submittal efforts. The primary responsibilities of this position are proposal and presentation preparation, which includes the writing, editing, and proofreading of multi-page proposals, forms, and qualification packages. The position requires diligence to ensure assignments are completed in a timely manner with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage individual project pursuits, including development of SOQs, proposals, interview presentations, brochures, and other content and deliverables
Review RFQ/P documents, outline requirements, develop pursuit production plans, create deliverable calendar, and coordinate the development of the response materials with the business development pursuit leader
Develop and produce compelling written content and creative graphical elements to generate winning submittals that meet submittal requirements and are easily reviewed by selection panels
Work with business development, preconstruction, and construction staff to develop compelling project-specific content
Create innovative imagery to represent technical data or metrics, organizational information, project and staff information, or procedural material
Create visually appealing marketing materials including the design, layout, content, and production of materials for proposals, business templates, and digital/printed brochures
Review and edit copy for spelling, grammar, AP style, consistency, accuracy, readability, and branding
Maintain CRM database to ensure data is current and accurate for opportunities, projects, and people
Strong technical writing, editing, and formatting skills
Solid organizational abilities and time management skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines

Passion for learning and identifying new ways to display information and improve our pursuit and marketing materials and implementing new technologies to differentiate from competitors
Minimum Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in proposal management or business development with an advanced working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects
Preferred work experience in a proposal generation/management/production (preference to work in architectural, engineering, or construction industry with focus on industrial or water/wastewater)
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook)
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, English, Fine Arts, Business, or equivalent work experience
