Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Revenue Integrity, is responsible for maintenance and oversight of all Revenue Cycle systems and providing appropriate education and support to end users.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
EMR Systems
• Responsible for creating and maintaining Allscripts work queue's and managing users assigned to them in a timely fashion
• Monitoring Allscripts work queue's to ensure working as designed and assessing needs for scheduled upgrades that may impact the work queue's
• Regular review of design and rules of Allscripts work queue's to enhance as able to increase efficiency of the queue for end users
• Maintain EDI/HL7 communications tables between Allscripts and clearinghouse
• Maintain insurance tables in all EMR systems
• Provide Revenue Cycle reports as requested and collaborate with Revenue Analysts and Billing Supervisor on all report requests
• Assists with Revenue Cycle testing as needed for upgrades, conversions or as otherwise identified
Clearinghouse Systems
• Responsible for adding and maintaining users in claims, eligibility and reporting systems in a timely fashion
• Maintain all tables, rules and specific user filters in claims and eligibility systems to include 837, 835, 270, 271, ERA/EFT, etc.
• Monitoring claims and eligibility systems daily for errors and reporting to vendor to resolve
• Liaison to Relay Health on behalf of Huggins Hospital for issues within the system and as reported by users
• Provide Revenue Cycle reports as requested and collaborate with Revenue Analysts and Billing Supervisor on all report requests
• Assists with Revenue Cycle testing as needed for upgrades, conversions or as otherwise identified

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors in Healthcare/Business Administration preferred
Experience: Three to five years data analysis and/or business management support in Revenue Cycle specific to healthcare
