Provide customer service to clients of Branson.com.
Answer incoming phonecalls to assist guests with booking lodging, shows and attractions and promote Branson as a destination.
Make outbound phonecalls as needed to prospective Branson guests.
Check-in customers upon arrival. Perform corrections, additions and revisions to customer shows and lodging as necessary.
Assist customers with savings associated with touring.
Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education / License: High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 1-2 years previous work experience performing customer service duties including phone work, sales, retail, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to work with public in applying excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette, written and verbal communication, and working knowledge of computer software applications
