 Kohler, WI


Opportunity

The Pastry Kitchen at Destination Kohler is seeking talent for the bread side of the Kitchen! If you are passionate about working with great ingredients, providing superior quality items throughout the Resort and having a role with a career path, this is the place for you! 

Specific responsibilities include:





  •  
    Preparing all foods necessary for service


Ordering and Inventory control

  • Practicing safe food handling techniques


  • Maintaining knife safety standards


  • Demonstrating competency in different pastry techniques


  • Conducting monthly inventory taking



  • Hours are primarily 5:00am to 1:00pm.



    Skills/Requirements




    Culinary degree/certificate preferred,
    supplemented with at least one year of work experience in bread
    production


  • Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and able to
    execute recipes accurately in a timely manner


  • Ability to work food preparation stations in
    assigned area






  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
