  • JOB SPECIFICATIONS

    • Education and Experience
      • The knowledge, skills, and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a High School Diploma or Equivalent. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in quantity food preparation is required.

      • Ability to read recipes, simple mathematical calculations Knowledge of food production techniques and equipment



    • Working Conditions
      • Exposure to extreme heat and cold from ovens and freezers



    • Physical Demands
      • Frequent lifting, walking, and standing
