Job Summary
The Digital Designer will be responsible for planning, producing, monitoring and maintaining high-quality digital marketing content including, but not limited to, websites and landing pages. Under guidance from marketing management, Digital Designer will maintain online content and be responsible for adhering to Company vision and brand guidelines. The Digital Designer will work with marketing leadership, designers, and copywriters to execute initiatives. The successful candidate may also assist in additional design tasks outside of digital content; therefore, a working knowledge of design principles and print design is required.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
Build online content using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Provide feedback to graphic design team specific to functionality and layout coding
Assist with process optimization and strategic best practices
Monitor and maintain online content in content management system
Troubleshoot and escalate content management system issues, as appropriate
Implement content onto a variety of different websites and landing pages
Conduct A/B testing, measure, and report performance of digital campaigns
Provide digital graphic production art support
Assist design team with additional projects as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and web design
Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience and understanding of Bootstrap framework
Understanding of UI and UX
Understand basic principles of design: layout, typography, color theory, balance, hierarchy, scale/proportion, and space
Advanced experience with Adobe CC Suite products
Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Office and VB Scripting preferred
Experience with audio/video production preferred
Good time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated; self-starter
Detail oriented
Ability to work collaboratively with others with respect for their unique contribution
Strong design portfolio
General awareness of design trends in digital arenas

Four-year degree in Digital Design, Digital Media, Web Development or equivalent combination of education and experience.
