As the Senior Sales Analyst, you will provide strategic analysis, business reporting, and project management at a field and executive level. You will lead in the development of high impact projects and field level reporting across all departments, ensuring agreement of deliverables and allocation of resources. You will develop relationships across all levels and geographies to maintain the cultural pulse of our performance. Through strategic framing and project execution, we will support our Sales department to lead in the Beverage category. You will report to the Vice President, National Accounts and be part of a dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategic missions, goals, and appropriate measurements across operations.


    Develop performance measurement tracking and business metric dashboards


    Evaluate proper use and allocation of resources across business segments and departments


    Engage and secure leadership partnerships


    Provide analyses of business goals; identify helpful and harmful factors contributing to their success


    Develop scorecards, trackers, tools, and reports that assist the LT and Sales teams in assessing national and regional performance.


    Evaluate proper use and allocation of resources across business segments and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.


    Oversee creative projects with Regions to close opportunity gaps; implement trial programs to quickly test strategic direction.


    Provide qualitative analytic support on projects requiring financial or data analysis.





  • Drive collaboration and support across national accounts


    Work with department and HQ leads to evaluate and improve current processes and provide recommendations to leadership on improvements, automation, or new capability opportunities


    Develop improvements to national accounts projects and annual BP process to increase focus, efficiency, and empowerment with the field and ensure agreement across all levels of the business


    Help identify performance gaps across the mass business and provide solutions to close gaps that increase efficiency


    Provide strategic analysis and project management at LT and field level.





  • Provide support from project development to implementation including business case proposals, budgeting, scheduling, future projections, and reporting results.


    Partner with project leaders to manage documentation and tracking of project milestones, schedules, and resource needs


    Develop and monitor project management methodologies ensuring that a streamlined process exists, and ensure that projects are implemented and delivered to meet requirements.



EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:


  • 3+ years experience in an project management or similar role

  • Understanding of P&L and business operations processes

  • Experience in CPG marketing

  • Understanding of insights and category management principles

  • Experience with Retail Link, SAP, and other common software tools


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

  • Travel up to 10%
