Position Overview:

The HR Edge Coordinator works on the HR Edge Team providing administrative and project coordination for the HR Edge Account Manager. Their primary duties include tracking, enabling, and assigning new clients to team members, ensuring balanced client loads according to established criteria; scheduling client Welcome Calls with assigned HREC, conducting client product training; and monitoring the project queue, taking the lead in completing client-facing projects.

Reports To: Lead, HR Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Create, review, or revise Handbooks, policies, and Job Descriptions, utilizing the resources provided.

  • Monitor and manage the HR Deliverables project queue for the team, identifying deadlines, tracking completion status, and communicating with Team Members as required.

  • Monitor and manage low-interacting HR Edge clients and coordinate cases/calls as needed to the team.

  • Research client issues in support of HRECs to help resolve or provide information/resources for clients.

  • Act as liaison with Paylocity support teams to facilitate resolution of client issues regarding HR products.

  • Maintain knowledge of trends and changes in HR legislation, including local, state, and Federal regulations.

  • Collects and maintains data related to Deliverables and helps make recommendations on process improvement.

  • Responds to or routes routine inquiries to the appropriate parties from clients or internal groups.

  • Schedules and coordinates client-facing and internal meetings and group activities.

  • May be responsible for creating reports and distributing them on a regular basis.

  • Coordinate and conduct client product training utilizing HR Edge associated Paylocity products

  • Completes other duties as assigned.


Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Demonstrated project management experience preferred.


Soft Skills:

  • Ability to problem-solve, analyze information, work in a team environment, demonstrate professionalism

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Must display sophisticated writing and interpersonal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint


Working Conditions:

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

  • This position does not require travel.


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours a day.

  • Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

  • The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects.
