We are seeking a Sr Workday HRIS Analyst to join our global HR team. This position will be responsible for the architecture, configuration and on on-going maintenance of our People Workday system and business processes. We are looking for someone who can partner with multiple internal partners, brings creativity and innovation and effectively collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports upgrades, patches, testing and other technical products. This position can be remote.

How you will make a difference @ FARO

• Serve as the Workday People systems subject-matter expert with expert-level understanding of core HR functionalities including recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll and performance management.


• Partner closely with the HR & Accounting partners in requirement gathering, solution architecture, and implementation in Workday to meet the needs of the rapidly changing and growing business.


• Translate business requirements into creative and effective technical/functional designs with scalable systems architecture in mind, then drive the implementation of those solutions from end-to-end.


• Collaborate with partners and developers to build integrations between our various People systems with other core business systems.


• Perform configuration and administration of Workday core business processes, security maintenance, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.


• Promote and establish standard methodologies in business systems analysis, holistic & global design, and testing to ensure the team is providing outstanding quality work that meets compliance needs and makes it easy to do the right thing throughout the company.


• Continuously reviews and improves on the quality and completeness of internal technical documentation.


• Performs regular data & quality audits.

This position requires

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience


• Five plus years of Workday HRIS or related experience


• Systems implementation experience


• Workday experience
