As the Associate Analyst, EDI, you'll serve as the entry point into the EDI Support process and supports ongoing operations by responding to queries and problems. You'll interact with XPO customers and XPO internal partners to document incoming support requests, triage support issues to downstream support teams, and provides regular feedback and updates to support requestors. What you'll do on a typical day:


  • Discusses and documents customer and internal partner support requests via telephone hotline

  • Documents customer and internal XPO partner support requests received via email into Jira

  • Triages support requests and performs analysis sufficient to properly pass support requests to correct team for resolution

  • Performs downstream follow up to ensure customer needs are prioritized and managed based on level of need. This includes proactively touching base with customers to provide follow up

  • Analyzes customer requests and resolves to actionable EDI work requests

  • Conducting initial support request research that provides information for EDI implementations; could include recurring discussions with Business Analysts

  • Collaborates with project team members and QA on development, customer issues, and security requirements


What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

It'd be great if you also have:

  • 2 years working in technical customer service environments

  • Transportation industry experience

  • Understanding of EDI architectures and technologies
