We are seeking a business intelligence analyst to grow with our team. This opportunity has a significant opportunity for growth. As an Applied Maintenance Supplies and Solutions, Business Intelligence Analyst, you will achieve your goals by using data to help business leaders and associates grow sales and margin. Use your knowledge of technology to think strategically and tactically. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Creates, compiles and interprets key operational, sales and statistical data, analyzes performance metrics, and generates a variety of value-added reports for leadership and associates, including KPI's and critical success factors for both services and processes.

  • Responsible for the functional and technical requirements from the internal departments, as well as the analysis and definition of the different sources of information and the reports layout.

  • Helps review and recommend improvements to BI data processes as well as reports and dashboards, including the creation of new reporting and analytical solutions.

  • Assist with knowledge management and tracking of various industry information including monthly industry trends, aggregating vendor and other proprietary information reviewing / confirming supplier data, checking data for accuracy, data manipulation/categorization, and high- level analysis.

  • Assist in the design, development and implementation of systemic improvements to processes and data standards. Improve the quality of master data across all BI platforms.

  • Provide project management and support to identify, prioritize and drive data analytics projects that are most impactful in procurement decision-making, performance management, and end-to-end continuous improvement.

  • Other duties as assigned by management



KEYS TO SUCCESS:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


  • 6+ months of data evaluation or report writing, through various tools.

  • Proven success in developing and leading projects.

  • Experience driving and improving data processes and integrity.

  • Bachelor's degreeor equivalent work experience



PREFERRED:


  • SQL Experience

  • SAP Experience
