About the Job:  The Personal Learning Experience (PLE) is the internal training portal for all of AT&T. It serves training content to employees, non-payroll workers, and some external partners, for a total userbase of over 400k. Content includes web-based self-paced training, leader led training, videos, and shared content. The PLE content accessible via search and browse experiences. PLE also manages assigning training to users via a rule-based engine and tracks, stores, and publishes user completion data. In this job, the Product Owner Delegate acts as the liaison between the PLE delivery team and its business partners to elicit business requirements and translate them into Features and User Stories. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Product Owner Delegate with experience working in an Agile environment. They should be organized, analytical, passionate about user experience, and an excellent communicator. They will also need excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize quickly so they can thrive in a fast-paced environment.  

Responsiblities: 

  • Elicit, analyze, and validate requirements from internal business partners and translate them into technical Features and User Stories. 
  • Groom Features and User Stories to a state where they can be implemented by the delivery team. 
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and the internal team to set expectations and ensure there are no missed requirements or misunderstandings. 
  • Manage dependencies for Features between internal and external applications, ensuring everyone is aligned on scope and timelines. 
  • Manage Features and User Stories through all stages of the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, including testing and demonstration of completed user stories to the business partner for approval. 
  • Follow all Agile processes and best practices. 

Qualifications 

  • Experience and strong knowledge of Agile application development processes.  
  • Leading SAFe 5.0 certification required, SAFe PO/PM certification desired. 
  • Skilled at interpreting client needs and ensuring that the plans and execution are meeting business strategies, objectives, legal and brand guidelines 
  • Proven strong collaboration and cross functional leadership skills 
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt rapidly to aggressive deadlines and rapidly changing priorities 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Demonstrated experience to drive projects from concept to completion 
  • Preferred education: Bachelor's of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering. 
  • Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years’ experience. 
  • Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role. 
  • Supervisory: No.
