Job Description:

Infosys is seeking for Senior SAP ISU FICA Consultant

As a Senior SAP ISU FICA Consultant, you will be a key player contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education


• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.


• Location for this position is Irwindale, CA. This position may require travel and/or relocation

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs in atleast one of the modules of Billing, IDEX-MPM or Device Management


• Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries North America

Experience of atleast 1 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:

• Requirement gathering


• Business process design


• SAP configuration


• RICEFW Functional design


• Systems and Integration Testing


• Resolving production issues


• Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills


• Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis of SAP ISU data


• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore


• Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day

Hands-On Functional Experience of the following but not limited to:

• Strong Understanding of end to end dunning process, Collection, Installment Plan using BRF+ methods


• Setup of Main & Sub transaction Experience in analyzing issue in Billing & Invoicing process.


• Experience in setup of Org Structure, GL setup & Integration


• Experience in Cash journal, Clearing Control, Account Assignment.


• Setup of Direct Debit Payments.


• Good Experience in Invoice Layout & Bill Print.


• Integration with Billing & FICO.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
