Section 1: Position Summary

Provides support to operations within Beneco on day to day processes while applying approved policies and procedures.

Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Completes data entry for all requests including loans, distributions, and account updates.

  • Reviews and assigns distribution and loan processing requests while verifying the accuracy of data to be entered.

  • Outbound calls to participants with missing information.

  • Professionally responds to high volume participant emails within service levels.

  • Creates and mails enrollment kits within service levels.

  • Processes and tracks enrollment forms for all clients.

  • Processes and tracks beneficiary change forms for all clients.

  • Provides general administrative support to different teams of Operations including day to day activities and department projects. This could include mailing forms, faxing, scanning and sorting mail.

  • Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.

Section 3: Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements


  • 2 + years processing experience.

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.

  • Self-motivated; able to learn on own initiative

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Excel and Word.
