Job Description

Assist with the setup of tax filings (federal, state, local withholding) for assigned legal entities based on tax jurisdiction guidelines.

As a Tax Filing Implementation Admin duties include, but are not limited to, the following:


  • Communicate clear and effectively with both external clients and internal groups

  • Audit tax set up in the tax system

  • Setting up company in the tax system

  • Creating Power of Attorneys for all jurisdictions

  • Create and/or update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) based on new or updated processes

  • Data Entry

  • Registration support for new clients

  • Support offshoring initiatives

  • Support and investigate regulatory and compliance issues when needed

  • Support clients when they are changing Payroll/HR systems

  • Liaison with Payroll Client teams and Clients during projects

Job Requirements

  • Education

    • Bachelors

    • Associates with equivalent experience


  • Specific Skills

    • Basic understanding of payroll, tax, project management and/or related subject matter desired Basic understanding of regulatory and legislative guidelines desired

    • Ability to work under tight deadlines managing multiple tasks

    • Customer service/client facing communication preferred

    • Detail oriented
