Job Summary:



The DTP Patient Qualification Representative will be responsible for contacting digital leads, qualifying them and handing them off to existing Inogen resources to continue with the sales cycle. This role will assist in increasing the contact rate to ensure the quality of customer engagement when connected with a member do the sales team.






Responsibilities (Specific tasks, duties, essential functions of the job)




  • Conduct the minimum agreed upon inbound/outbound calls to potential patients that have expressed interested via the lead generation process.


  • Responsible for verification of postal address, oxygen therapy status and interest in Inogen products/services.


  • Ensure compliance with all DTP related scripting when conducting call activity to qualifying potential leads.


  • Hand off qualified leads to Customer Development Representatives for final sale of Inogen project(s).


  • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to document conversations and disposition of leads for appropriate next steps.


  • Work in partnership with DTP reps to continually improve qualifying techniques.


  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.


  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.


  • Assist with any other duties as assigned.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities




  • Must have strong work ethic.


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.


  • Attention to detail.


  • Possess a natural sales ability to help move customers forward in a sales cycle.


  • Exceptional consultative phone skills, including the ability to clearly articulate, influence, overcome objections while remaining resilient.


  • Ability to work with 65+ year demographic over the phone showing empathy and enthusiasm to help.


  • Strong time management and organizational skills, to manage call and follow-up activity.


  • Goal-oriented, results-driven with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.



Qualifications (Experience and Education)




  • High School diploma or equivalent, required.


  • 0-2 years Inside business development or inside sales experience, preferred.


  • Basic knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office, required.


  • Basic knowledge/proficiency in SalesForce or another CRM, required.

  • A combination of training, education and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
