Sales Advisor, Community Health Sales Team-Verity at 180 Accredo Health Group Inc

Job Description:

Responsible for developing a territory strategy and undertaking sales development activities to grow Verity’s customer base in the “Community Health” market that includes 340B entities in the clinic market (Ryan White Clinics, FQHC’s and other “non-hospital” entities) and smaller (200 licensed beds and less) community-based hospitals. Accountable for regularly meeting sales quotas to ensure corporate revenue growth.  Required to effectively communicate a sales value proposition for Verity Solutions’ service and software offerings. 

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Leverage Verity’s CRM application Salesforce to utilize its tools and resources and adhere to the defined steps in in the Verity Sales process.


  • Accurately forecast expected sales bookings.


  • Work with Inside Sales to prospect and engage with new leads through targeted lead development campaigns.


  • Proactively research and engage with appropriate professional contacts to cultivate new customer relationships in your designated territory.


  • Assist marketing and sales leadership in webinars, prospecting events and represent Verity Solutions at industry events and conferences.


  • Serve as a key evangelist of Verity Solutions in all professional environments, both in person and in “virtual” environments.


  • Lead the Verity’s response team for RFP’s that result from your territory accounts.


  • Engage with Sales Leadership and other key team members to plan and execute strategies in growing the customer base.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications: 


  • BA or BS or equivalent experience.


  • Must have 5+ years of Sales/Business Development experience. 340B knowledge and experience preferred.


  • Strong presentation skills with articulate, clear messaging.


  • Must have productive home-based office setting with high-speed internet service.


  • Experience and comfort level in communicating with VP Level and C-Level contacts.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively.


  • Must be able to operate a PC and exhibit strong MS Office skills.


  • Strong experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.


  • Ability to compile, analyze and report on commons sales metrics.


  • Detail oriented and organized.


  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.


  • Demonstrable strategic business decision-making experience.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
