What You Can Offer Us
Scope, define, and modify solution offerings in accordance with customers’ needs, based on network evolution and industry trends. Define, develop, and maintain evolution roadmaps for product lines.
Develop and maintain end-to-end solutions and associated network architectures.
Research and provide recommendations on new products, systems, and technologies.
Lead and develop implementation plans to operationalize new products, with impact analyses, cross-functional communications, trainings, and overall delivery readiness.
Prepare, review, update and maintain comprehensive engineering standards documentation for offered solutions, in consultation with operational teams.
Review and approve documented test results to certify the functionality of new products.
Serve as a lead engineer to provide engineering inputs to request for proposal responses for premier venues.
Radio access network technology, Evolved Packet Core, virtualization, and software defined networks experience desirable.
At least 4 years of experience managing life cycles of products preferred.
Good understanding of wireless network infrastructure, electrical power, and optical transport solutions.
Strong critical thinking skills, with a capability to work well independently and with others to solve problems.
Approximately 25% travel may be required to support the position’s responsibilities.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions concisely, clearly, and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
