Basic Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in the relevant domain and skills.


• 10+ years of recent Healthcare industry experience with a focus in Health Insurance or Health Plans to include Medicare.


• Experience in overseeing requirements of a large scale transformation projects, tracking issues, build a multi-track requirement plan.


• Act as the functional subject matter expert who will provide cross-functional leadership to improve business analysis quality across the enterprise, propose and implementation strategy for complex business requirements. As well as the ability to communicate expert knowledge to customers and experts.


• Superior organization, project management, and prioritization skills.


• Drive requirements gathering, process redesign and gap analysis for both front end solutions and integrations with multiple systems.


• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels and departments to build and maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth transition of solutions throughout the requirement lifecycle.


• Act as the requirements subject matter expert and support requirements change management.


• Assisting with project management at multiple stages, including the research, testing and implementation of new systems and products; may also guide software development
