Basic Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the relevant domain and skills.


• Dynamic, innovative, and disciplined Business analyst.


• Experience in Healthcare domain specifically in Medicare and Medicare Supplement LoB.


• Produce requirement and related documentation to a high standard, including high quality reports and presentations.


• Prioritize, manage multiple assignments, and direct the work of others to meet deadlines.


• Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) and collaboration skills.


• Ability to interact and influence with senior leadership of the organization.


• Understanding of Federal and State agencies and their role in Healthcare legislation.


• Knowledge in Health Plan benefit structures. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.


• Preferred knowledge in Facets, Facets Benefits/Pricing Configuration.


• Understanding of all the core value streams for a payer such as Prior authorization and clinical application, Membership (Enrollment/Billing), Customer Service etc.
