The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.  Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leads an established maintenance team and will assist with maintenance of existing processes and the scale up of a new manufacturing equipment.




• Works closely with the manufacturing to ensure preventive maintenance schedules are well aligned and executed




• Develops an organization focused on continuous improvement through daily execution of maintenance activities




• Willingness to work on an off-shift (nights)

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher (Completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution




• Five (5) years of combined experience in manufacturing and/or maintenance in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Ability to lead and direct others




• Working knowledge of maintenance safety: LO/TO, NFPA 70, Fall Protection and Confined Space




• Demonstrated experience and understanding of mechanical and electrical systems




• Experience and knowledge Computerized Maintenance Management System(s) or CMMS

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: Is authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
