Issue, disposition, and report Non Conformances. Issue, follow-up, close, and report Corrective Actions. Answer all 4D/8D from external providers/customers. Support in writing and reviewing operation procedures. Help with training assembly to improve first pass yield. Conduct annual internal audits as assigned. Assign, evaluate, disposition, and report returns from customers. Support our sales team, distributors and end-users of our products concerning technical questions, processing RMA returns, and field service requests related to the use of our products.

• High School Diploma required.


• College degree is preferred.


• Two years experience performing Quality Control activities required.
