Job Description:

Equifax is hiring a pair of Operations Training Facilitators for its St. Louis contact centers! The Training Facilitator provides in-person training to Equifax Workforce Solutions contact center employees in support of Equifax contact center phone and email customer service functions and Equifax customer self-service capabilities.

What you'll do:


  • Conduct and arrange on-the-job training for new hires and current employees in Operational Areas, in a classroom or virtual setting; including procedures, processes, product, and client training.


  • Maintain up-to-date manuals, scripts, and other job aid documents.


  • Evaluate trainee’s progress and adjust training methods to suit individual trainee needs.


  • Utilize group and one-on-one situations to teach processes and procedures, responsive customer service, etc.


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years' experience presenting to groups of all sizes


  • 2+ years' experience with instructional and training techniques, through education or experience


  • 2+ years' experience with G-Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Mail, etc.), with the ability to explain basic usage to others


Extra points for any of the following:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, English, or other relevant course of study


  • Experience with Workforce Solutions applications, such as UC, I9, P-Pay, TWN, etc.
