Full-Time Production Positions (All Shifts) 

 

Dura-Line is looking for energetic employees to work at our Erwin, TN facility.  As an employee, you will be responsible for ensuring that conduit (pipes) are successfully manufactured.  The Downstream Operator will maintain visual quality of the extruded product and it’s packaging and you would either be responsible for making sure product coils properly on reels or running a plastics extrusion machine.

What you need to be qualified for these jobs: 


  • To be qualified for these jobs you need to be willing to stand 12 hours a day in a non-climate controlled environment and occasionally lift, pull, push, and hold overhead, up to 50 pounds.

  • Proven history of good attendance

  • Knowledge of production procedures and able to visually inspecting final product  to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications and to catch any basic abnormalities

  • Ability to work in a varied environment, follow standardized work  and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment

We are willing to train employees in our entry level position that ensures the product is coiled correctly.  Must have a strong desire to learn new workplace systems, processes, other roles with an upbeat team player mindset. In addition, we have open positions in the machine operator role.  This position does require previous experience in a manufacturing environment running machines.
