In this newly created role, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of global D&I related strategy, programs and initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to support D&I goals, communicate initiatives and support various executives and internal committees to achieve short and long-term action plans. More specifically but not limited to, you will:


  • Develop, implement & manage programs that promote diversity, equity & inclusion
  • Collaborate with business leaders to build strategies
  • Manage & measure the impact of external partnerships
  • Analyze and summarize D&I measures and progress
  • Support attracting, developing, engaging & retaining a diverse and inclusive team
  • Facilitate development opportunities to educate on differences & accelerate business growth
  • Champion of culture awareness and education programs
  • Provides effective guidance and oversight to business resource groups


    Your Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field combined with a relevant experience acquired in a large multinational at global level is preferred.
  • An advanced Degree and D&I certifications will be considered as an asset.
  • Strong analytical program & project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
