PACCAR WINCH Inc is a wholly owned subsidiary of PACCAR. We have locations in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Our business is growing and we are seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst. This position is located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Summary:

The primary purpose and function of the Pricing Analyst is to analyze, report and establish cost-effective pricing for PACCAR Winch on units and service parts; work cross-functionally with multiple departments on various projects and committees; generate comprehensive market reports on a company, segment, and customer level; and serve as key advisor related to market impacts of any pricing change within the organization.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and maintain pricing system.

  • Recommend and implement timely price quotes and strategies.

  • Lead Quote Committee actions and meetings.

  • Conduct annual pricing and margin review for all products.

  • Develop margin improvement programs including but not limited to phasing out of non-performing products or low margin generators.

  • Gather and utilize competitive pricing data.

  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to corporate personnel of all levels.

  • Lead or coordinate ad-hoc sales projects as assigned.

  • Assist in the onboarding of new customers and maintaining customer files.

  • Use business intelligence tools to develop sales and marketing reports.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field. Finance or Economics preferred.

  • Experience leading and working in a team setting.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a work from work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prefer graduate degree with specialization in data mining/analysis.

  • Background in hydraulics and power transmission products and knowledge of the mobile crane and construction equipment markets.

Technical Skills:


  • Good verbal and written communications skills.

  • Proven ability to use computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office applications, network, and internet systems, to share, retrieve, research and present business information.

  • Experience using Microsoft Tableau.
