The work will be primarily focused on helping organizations deliver major change and adopt agile ways of working to achieve strategic goals more quickly and effectively.

This role requires you to:

* Engage clients using innovative methods to drive team collaboration and lead structured rapid idea generation and development sessions
* Deliver quality solutions and iterate to improve them
* Determine best techniques to co-create and innovate on client opportunities
* Manage and coach small teams and oversee team work activities to innovate and achieve value creation
* Effectively collaborate with peers, leadership, and clients
* Coach clients in the benefits of Agile

What we're looking for

* Minimum 5 years of external consulting experience or other relevant experience related to successful delivery of change management work in support of enterprise transformation or organizational change
* Progressive Agile delivery - implementing end-to-end (full life cycle) transformation
* 3-5 years' experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Agile Coaching
- Change Strategy
- Change Adoption
- Analytics-driven Change
- Organizational Change Capability Building

* Interested and capable of applying your Agile expertise in the wider organization in addition to the realm of the CIO.
* Ability to innovate and challenge norms
* Agile work style, open to iteration and flexible to change approach/direction
* Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
