Finance - Collections Shared Service Center (CSSC)

Billing and Collections Analyst – Special Handling Accounts

Key Objective:

Provide best in class customer service and support to our internal and external business partners to ensure timely settlement and resolution of Collections Shared Service Center (CSSC) premium receivable balances.

Responsibilities:

• Research and reconcile outstanding receivables and unapplied cash to improve results


• Navigate multiple inquiry systems to independently research, identify, and resolve issues resulting in aged balances.


• Collaborate with business partners and agents to resolve premium discrepancies tied to reverse flow/multinational placements.


• Develop productive relationships with business unit DFOs and Global Services leadership.


• Recommend innovative solutions to maximize operational efficiencies and results.


• Provide subject matter expertise to CSSC’s offshore team members located in Jaipur, India.


• Travel, when necessary to other Chubb offices with potential future travel to CSSC’s offshore Jaipur, India location to conduct training or process reviews.

Reporting Relationship:

• Reports directly to CSSC’s Billing and Collections Manager for special handling accounts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience.


• 3-5 years of experience in insurance and/or the financial services industry.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence people at all levels of the organization.


• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and a diverse set of work priorities.


• Excellent organizational skills and energetic and enthusiastic work ethic.


• Analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable steps.


• Embraces and easily adapts to change.


• Knowledge of multinational/reverse flow business processes a plus.


• Exhibits a positive attitude in a fast-paced and change-oriented environment.
